Noted is a managed AI visibility service for law firms and legal recruiters. We research the questions potential clients ask, check which businesses AI recommends, compare your firm with five competitors, and improve your website using what we find. Our website is notedby.co.

Who is Noted for?

Law firms that want to understand whether AI recommends them for their practice area and market. Legal recruiters that want to be found by employers seeking recruitment help. We agree on one market and one practice area or recruiting specialty, so the comparisons answer a specific business question.

For a law firm, a question might be “Which employment law firms should a Vancouver business contact?” For a legal recruiter, it might be “Which recruiters help Vancouver law firms hire associates?” These are different audiences; we keep their questions and results separate.

What does C$1,500 per month include?

• 25 researched questions about your services and market. We prepare the list for your review; you do not have to write prompts.
• 100 scheduled answer checks each month: 25 questions across four providers, covering the OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity ecosystems. Reports identify the API or product used and any incomplete checks.
• Five competitors tracked alongside you. See which questions name them, which miss your firm, and the sources returned with the answers.
• Two website pages written or revised every month. We work on your existing website and publish after your designated reviewer approves the content.
• One monthly report with three next priorities. It records the evidence, completed work, changes since the last comparable check, and unresolved issues.

Pricing is in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes. The plan is month to month with no setup fee. An enquiry starts a scope and start-date conversation; it does not automatically charge you.

What happens in the first five business days?

Once onboarding is complete—including the agreed focus, question list, competitor list, and required access—we deliver your first visibility report within five business days. You see the starting picture and the first pages we recommend improving. This is a delivery timeline for the report, not a promise that rankings will improve within five days.

How does a missed recommendation become website work?

We inspect the answer and its sources, then compare them with what your site actually explains. If employer-focused questions expose missing information on a recruiter’s hiring-services page, we can clarify the roles, market, process, and next step there. Every change needs factual support from your business. A competitor appearing in an answer is a lead for investigation, not proof of what caused the recommendation.

Can Noted work with our SEO agency?

Yes. Traditional SEO tracks search visibility; Noted adds a record of AI answers and focused content work. This plan does not include a full technical SEO programme, link-building campaign, paid advertising, or a website rebuild. We can coordinate page changes with your existing provider.

What results can we expect?

You receive the agreed monitoring, competitor evidence, reporting, and page improvements. AI recommendations vary, and no provider can promise a top position or a fixed number of enquiries. We measure mentions, recommendations, and website citations separately and make the limitations visible.
