Noted (“we,” “us”) collects a few different kinds of data:
We use third-party infrastructure to run Noted, including hosting, database, email delivery, and search data providers. These providers handle data under their respective terms and privacy policies. We query third-party AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity) as part of running audits: we send them questions about services and locations, along with public business names to identify which firms appear in the answers. We do not sell personal data.
If your business appears in one of our audit reports and you'd like it corrected or removed, email us and we'll handle it promptly: see the Contact page.
If we email you about our services, every message includes a way to opt out. Unsubscribe at any time and we'll stop: no further outreach.
We keep audit and service records as long as reasonably needed to provide the service or as required by law, and delete it on request where we're not required to keep it.
Noted is a B2B service and is not directed at, or knowingly used by, children.
We'll update the “last updated” date above if this policy changes in any material way.
