Terms of Service

1. What Noted does
Noted audits how often a business is recommended by AI assistants (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity) for a given industry and location, and offers monthly monitoring of that visibility for law firms and legal recruiters, including competitor comparisons and recommendations for website improvements. We agree on the questions, locations, and scope of monitoring with you before the monthly engagement begins. The Legal Visibility plan includes 25 researched questions across four providers, five tracked competitors, two website page improvements, and one report per month for one firm, one service focus, and one city or regional market. Each page improvement covers a new page or substantial revision of up to 1,000 words, one revision round, and publishing in the existing CMS after client approval. Custom development, redesigns, paid placements, and additional markets are quoted separately.
2. Report accuracy
Our reports reflect a point-in-time snapshot of what specific AI models returned for specific queries. AI outputs are not static: they can change as models are updated, as the underlying web changes, or as a query is rephrased. We make no guarantee that a business will appear, continue to appear, or rank in any particular position in any AI assistant's output, on Google, or on any other platform.
3. Payment and billing
The advertised Legal Visibility plan costs C$1,500 per month plus applicable taxes, with no setup fee. It renews monthly; cancel before the next billing date to stop renewal. Work for the current paid month continues, and clients keep delivered reports and approved content. We confirm scope, start date, and billing arrangements in writing before payment. Submitting an enquiry does not start a subscription or authorize a charge. Existing complimentary collaborations retain their separately agreed terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Noted or its reports to harass, defame, or misrepresent any business, or to violate any applicable law.
5. Limitation of liability
Noted is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our reports or services, including business decisions made based on them.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our services for violation of these terms. You may stop using our services at any time.
7. Service agreements
Your written service agreement may include additional terms specific to your engagement.
8. Changes to these terms
We'll update the “last updated” date above if these terms change in any material way. Continued use of Noted after a change means you accept the updated terms.
