Noted audits how often a business is recommended by AI assistants (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity) for a given industry and location, and offers ongoing services to improve that visibility for law firms and legal recruiters. We agree on the services, locations, and scope of work with you before the monthly engagement begins.
Our reports reflect a point-in-time snapshot of what specific AI models returned for specific queries. AI outputs are not static: they can change as models are updated, as the underlying web changes, or as a query is rephrased. We make no guarantee that a business will appear, continue to appear, or rank in any particular position in any AI assistant's output, on Google, or on any other platform.
Service scope, fees, billing arrangements, and cancellation terms are agreed directly with each client in writing before work begins. Any complimentary pilot and its end date will also be confirmed in writing.
You agree not to use Noted or its reports to harass, defame, or misrepresent any business, or to violate any applicable law.
Noted is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our reports or services, including business decisions made based on them.
We may suspend or terminate access to our services for violation of these terms. You may stop using our services at any time.
Your written service agreement may include additional terms specific to your engagement.
We'll update the “last updated” date above if these terms change in any material way. Continued use of Noted after a change means you accept the updated terms.
